1. With so many speakers out there, why should we choose you?
Often speakers choose a topic and “make themselves” an expert. My expertise is based on actual business experience and a proven track record as a customer service expert. Your conference program is highly customized. While I don’t pretend to know all about your business, I listen intently and approach my speaking role through the eyes of your customers.
2. Is there interaction with the audience?
All the time! I’m on the floor with attendees. I don’t sit at a dais table or speak from a podium. I want the audience to relate to me, so I walk among the crowd. I motivate, I enlighten. I interact with your audience and in a healthy manner.

This is a non-issue. Senior/top-level executives comprise 98% of my conference audiences. I’ve had great success as a keynote speaker for automotive, insurance, HVAC and plumbing industry conferences. I relate very well to both women and men.
