Our long-term license provides for the conditional use purchase of our copyrighted DVD-based courseware. This allows for internal display by the acquiring organization for the purpose of training employees. Our content may NOT be copied, may NOT be uploaded or streamed from a server and may NOT be used for employees outside of the organization, without a separate agreement authorizing such use.

Public Performance Rights License - This agreement authorizes consultants and organizations to use our content while training third party clients. PPRLs fees are set according to territory size, frequency and scope of planned training. Please contact your Media Account Executive or email donna@telephonedoctor.com.

The 10-Year Guarantee is a free insurance policy! When you long-term license our programs, you're not paying for just a DVD or VHS program, you're investing in our proven methods and techniques. Our programs include a FREE 10-year insurance policy against damage and breakage, no matter whose fault it is. Broken? Melted in the car? Dog ate it? NO PROBLEM! Simply alert us of the inconvenience, return the damaged carcass and we'll cheerfully send you a new one. A small shipping and handling fee will apply.
